So I joined WW and have been eating better, but I still feel as though I am eating too much or maybe not eating the right foods. I am not eating nearly enough fruits and veggies.
I am the type of person who needs a lot more strictness when it comes to my eating. I remember on LA I couldn't even eat a banana in the beginning because it wasn't on the list of approved fruit lol But LA is not an option because there are no longer any open centers in the US. Their website is selling the bars and the juice and stuff but it seems a little shady to me.
So while on WW this past week, I stuck to my points (never going over) and finished eating all my flex points yesterday. I can't help feeling that I am eating too much. Like I have too many points to use. It seems like a weird complaint but I am never hungry and I just can't imagine losing any weight if I am never hungry. I mean, we suffer at least a little when we diet, no?
I have done zero exercise and am beginning to get the feeling that this post-pregnancy body fat of mine won't go away without a fight. I'm going to have to start working out to see any real progress. That's a first for me and it stresses me out because I really hate exercising. I don't get those endorphins everyone talks about. Regardless I need to start moving somehow or other.
I was a little irritable on Saturday and have been drinking diet soda to help with the food cravings.
Have you guys ever tried the FullBars? They are a bar you can buy at GNC that you eat with a tall glass of water 30 minutes before your lunch or dinner. Supposedly it keeps you full and prevents overeating. I was thinking about incorporating them into my diet. They are 3 points a pop but if they help in keeping me satisfied I am all for it.
I go in for my weigh in tomorrow and will see how well I did. When my mom saw me on Saturday she said she could tell I was losing weight. I hope she's right :)
My goals for this new week:
5 fruits/veggies every day

I know what you mean, re: feeling like you're eating too much, but that's a GOOD thing! It means you'll never feel deprived. I don't know a lot about WW, but I know that the point system is based on calories, so you can't really go wrong.
As for exercise, take it one day at a time. I think it's amazing that you took the plunge and started with WW!
Here's to much success in the weeks ahead.:-)
