I LOST 8 POUNDS
If I didn't see it with my own eyes I probably wouldn't have believed it.
But it's true. And I am so happy! And I feel so motivated!
I don't really know what else to say. I am so shocked since I felt as though I had been eating so much. I didn't suffer at all. I mean, I had my moments - lets face it, no matter how you slice it, I couldn't eat to my heart's content. But I never felt deprived or starved or depressed or upset or resentful.
This is the start of something real.
I can feel it in my bones.

I have to say that as much as I know I should eat fruits AND veggies, I just don't enjoy veggies. My main snack is apples. I always eat an apple or a banana or another type of fruit before I'll get any other type of snack. It keeps me full and deters me. As far as veggies, my newest thing is just lettuce with grape tomatoes and italian dressing (like Olive Garden is what I tell myself). Otherwise if it's not canned peas, corn, or green beans FORGET IT.
